ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and standardized processes
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to established standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area that supports efficiency and safety
• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions promptly to keep production on track

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a production environment
• Reliable and accountable with a focus on meeting production targets
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a secure workspace

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Automation Integration — foundational level; supporting basic automated processes within the manual cell

Customer Orientation — developing level; ensuring product quality meets customer expectations

Digital Literacy — developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data

Drives for Results — developing level; meeting daily production goals with consistency and focus

Lean Methodology — foundational level; applying basic lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflow

Problem Solving — developing level; identifying issues and escalating them effectively to minimize downtime

Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards
