INTRODUCTION
The Associate Enterprise Application Administrator designs, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots corporate audio-visual and video conferencing systems. They manage equipment, support executive meetings, and ensure continuous technology readiness for daily collaboration. This role is also responsible for setting up, operating, and dismantling media equipment for corporate events and exhibits.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Support: Provide hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance for AV components, including audio mixers, microphones, displays, projectors, and control panels.
- Meeting Facilitation: Set up and monitor video conferencing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) for important boardrooms and executive events.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular equipment checks, update firmware, and manage hardware inventory to prevent meeting downtime.
- End-User Training: Instruct staff on the proper daily operation of conference room technology and integrated room system controls.
- Platform Management: Architect, deploy, and support enterprise UC solutions like Zoom Phone (Direct Routing/Operator Connect).
- Contact Center Operations: Build and manage Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, skills-based routing, and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) platforms.
- Trade Show Support: Travel required – 3 to 6 days at a time, approximately 10 to 12 times a year.
- Equipment Deployment, Testing & Quality Control: Set up and perform pre-show tests on hardware, software, and presentation files to ensure perfect playback.
- Live Event Support: Provide on-call troubleshooting during show hours to keep equipment running flawlessly in high-stress environments.
- Assist in maintaining system documentation and provide training and assistance to single users or a small group of users.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with standard AV gear (mixers, projectors, switchers) as well as basic network troubleshooting and operating systems (Windows/iOS).
Job Expectations:
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work long hours.
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, a professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
