Role Snapshot

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through accurate service and clear, respectful communication.
• Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems: traditional forced-air, steam and hot water (hydronic), oil-fired equipment, high-velocity systems, ductless mini-splits, and more.
• Use specialized diagnostic tools to resolve airflow balancing issues and fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges.
• Document work thoroughly and manage required truck inventory to support consistent, flat-rate repairs.
• Educate homeowners on upgrades that improve comfort, energy efficiency, and safety.
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to their development.
• Adhere to service department processes, systems, and administrative standards.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of HVAC experience with strong knowledge of industry best practices and building codes.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• High personal standards—excellence and integrity guide your work.
• A growth mindset; you seek continuous improvement and perform well under pressure.
• Team-first attitude, reliability, and consistency.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with standing, kneeling, crawling, and climbing ladders for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in both heat and cold.
• Ability to hear and speak to exchange information with customers and teammates.
