Role Snapshot
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through accurate service and clear, respectful communication.
- Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems: traditional forced-air, steam and hot water (hydronic), oil-fired equipment, high-velocity systems, ductless mini-splits, and more.
- Use specialized diagnostic tools to resolve airflow balancing issues and fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges.
- Document work thoroughly and manage required truck inventory to support consistent, flat-rate repairs.
- Educate homeowners on upgrades that improve comfort, energy efficiency, and safety.
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to their development.
- Adhere to service department processes, systems, and administrative standards.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of HVAC experience with strong knowledge of industry best practices and building codes.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- High personal standards—excellence and integrity guide your work.
- A growth mindset; you seek continuous improvement and perform well under pressure.
- Team-first attitude, reliability, and consistency.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort with standing, kneeling, crawling, and climbing ladders for extended periods.
- Work outdoors in both heat and cold.
- Ability to hear and speak to exchange information with customers and teammates.
