UPPER holds a database of qualifying Engineers. When work is ordered through UPPER, a suitable Engineer is selected to get the job done. Whether it’s a short and sweet order to push a button, rack/stack, etcetera – or a larger project. UPPER selects the Engineers based on stringent criteria.
