Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on production, assembly, and facility equipment
- Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs with minimal operational disruption
- Support electrical systems, motors, sensors, relays, control panels, and related components
- Handle general facility maintenance involving lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
- Assist with new equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects
- Coordinate with contractors and service vendors when specialized support is required
- Document completed repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment issues
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, replacement parts, and maintenance supplies
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to resolve equipment issues

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 3 years of industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working with motors, sensors, relays, control panels, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
- PLC and industrial controls troubleshooting experience is preferred
- Welding, fabrication, machining, or HVAC experience is helpful
- High school diploma or GED required; technical education or an associate degree is preferred
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent maintenance needs
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
