This role is for innovative problem-solvers with an inquisitive mindset who can design, develop, and implement digital training that helps customers and employees learn. It’s an incredible opportunity to positively impact people’s behavior, skills, and knowledge.
You are a positive, energetic team player with a track record of using technology effectively to communicate ideas, structure content, and design intuitive, engaging tools. You bring an affinity for technical environments and enjoy working with mechanical and electrical concepts, translating complex systems and processes into clear, accessible learning experiences. In this role, you will understand your audience, collaborate with subject matter experts, and use your creativity and tech-savviness to transform training into interactive digital learning experiences for employees and customers to access anytime, anywhere.
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently within a flat structure. You are open to feedback and can cut through ambiguity to clearly convey technical concepts and value messaging.
You’ll join a collaborative Learning Solutions team that values experimentation, continuous improvement, and the adoption of modern learning technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Apply instructional design theories and methods to produce high-quality instructional graphics, animations, user interfaces, and self-assessments, as well as digital, blended, and instructor-led training
- Develop supporting materials (audio, video, simulations, interactive scenarios, games, etc.)
- Manage the development of blended learning courses from project kickoff through completion and evaluation
- Continuously improve standards, processes, and deliverables to enhance the effectiveness of learning experiences
- Understand and assess how training supports business needs identified through audits, performance metrics, troubleshooting data, and account strategies
- Translate mechanical and electrical processes, systems, and workflows into engaging digital learning content
- Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to accurately represent equipment, systems, and real-world operating conditions
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong interest or demonstrated aptitude in understanding technical systems (mechanical or electrical), with the ability to quickly learn equipment specifications, processes, and terminology
- Knowledge of authoring tools (Articulate 360 preferred) and Learning Management Systems (Docebo preferred)
- Confident, resilient, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Familiar with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere preferred)
- Ability to interpret technical documentation such as schematics, diagrams, manuals, or system workflows and translate them into training content
Desired:
- Ability to work across departments to ensure effective teamwork and motivate stakeholders to support training initiatives
- Possess knowledge of effective training techniques and a curiosity for continuous learning, especially in technical domains
- Self-managed
- Flexibility to adjust working hours as needed to support business and customer requirements
- Experience delivering in-person training is a plus
- Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus (Blender preferred, or any CAD software)
- Experience in software development is a plus
- Comfortable engaging with engineers, technicians, and operations teams to gather insights and validate content

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training and key skills. Therefore, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply regardless of their salary expectations.
The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range: $60,500 – 150,200
