Junior Sales Manager Pluspoint — Spokane, WA | Pay $17.13-$30.62 ( $900-1200 per week)

About the Role

Pluspoint is hiring a Junior Sales Manager to join our Spokane team. This is a ground-up, face-to-face sales role built for someone who thrives in direct, in-person environments and wants to grow into a leadership position. You will work directly with customers and community members in the field, representing Pluspoint's products and services while developing the sales and management skills needed to advance your career. This is not a remote or behind-the-desk position — every day you will be out in the community, building real relationships and closing real sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers face-to-face in the field, at events, and in retail or community settings to present and sell Pluspoint's products and services
• Build genuine relationships with prospective and existing customers through in-person interactions
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
• Learn and apply Pluspoint's proven sales process through hands-on, daily field experience
• Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members as you develop into a leadership role
• Represent Pluspoint professionally in all customer-facing interactions and community settings
• Track and report daily sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching check-ins to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge
• Identify new opportunities for customer outreach and territory growth in the Spokane area

Requirements

Required:

• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine comfort engaging with strangers face-to-face on a daily basis
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor in all customer-facing situations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent full-time schedule
• Ability to work both independently in the field and collaboratively as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field-based work

Preferred (not required):

• 1–2 years of experience in direct sales, retail, fundraising, canvassing, or a customer-facing role
• Prior experience in a team lead, shift supervisor, or entry-level management capacity
• Familiarity with CRM tools or basic sales tracking software
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals

This role is built around in-person, direct customer engagement. A typical day at Pluspoint includes:

• Starting with a team huddle to review goals and sales strategy for the day
• Heading into the field or to an assigned location to meet customers face-to-face
• Presenting products and services in a consultative, conversational style — no scripts, no cold calling
• Checking in with your team lead to review progress and adjust approach as needed
• Wrapping up the day by logging activity and celebrating team wins
