Position Summary
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 100% on-site

The role:
- Perform routine lab support activities including equipment cleaning, maintenance, and lab organization
- Prepare solutions and media following Batch Production Record (BPR) specifications
- Support sample management activities including labeling, tracking, and submissions
- Assist with lab inventory, material management, and consumable stocking
- Maintain lab organization and 5S standards, including executing and documenting audits
- Execute general lab maintenance tasks such as autoclaving, dishwashing, and equipment upkeep
- Support preventative maintenance activities for laboratory equipment
- Partner with cross-functional teams (PD, AD, CLD, R&D) to support program execution
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and SOPs to ensure compliance
- Assist with lab logistics and workflow coordination to ensure efficient operations
The candidate:
- High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience, OR
- Associate’s degree in Chemistry or related science with no experience required, OR
- Bachelor’s degree (non-STEM acceptable per JD)
- Ability to perform routine laboratory support tasks (cleaning, stocking, maintenance, basic prep)
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced lab setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team-based, cross-functional environment
