Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure, AI/ML hardware (GPUs/custom silicon), and data center operations.
- Advanced problem solving skills, including experience with SQL, large datasets, and integrated financial systems.
- Ability to balance immediate free cash flow maximization with long-term strategic priorities in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence C-levels across Engineering, Product, and Sales.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Manage the business planning for AI/ML TPU Infrastructure business.
- Provide business and margin analysis for AI/ML TPU Infrastructure business.
- Partner with Capacity, Product, and GTM teams to evaluate the latest customer demand signals and provide the latest business snapshot to business and finance leadership.
- Contribute to regular cadence process and deliverables for the AI/ML TPU Infrastructure business such as business reviews and financial forecasts.
