About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mammographer for a 13-week contract opportunity in Wilton, Connecticut. This role supports diagnostic imaging services in a clinic setting and requires strong mammography experience, proficiency with screening and diagnostic exams, and comfort working with Hologic equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams accurately and safely
- Operate Hologic mammography equipment and follow imaging protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure comfort, safety, and clear communication
- Maintain accurate imaging documentation and support efficient clinic workflow
- Follow radiation safety standards, quality guidelines, and facility procedures
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Mammography experience required
ARRT RT(R)(M) certification required
Connecticut license required upon acceptance
Current BLS certification required
Experience with Hologic equipment and screening/diagnostic mammography exams required
