ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ECHO Incorporated is looking for a skilled Material Handler to join our growing team. The material handler is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of various materials to item balance locations generated by manufacturing or service orders.

- Eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment if all qualifications are satisfied.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform JIT and nightly order picking using handheld scanners and industrial lift equipment, following the instructions of the Materials Picking Group Lead.
- Transport materials to production lines and return finished goods to the Distribution Center for appropriate storage.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Conduct daily equipment checks to maintain safety standards and operational compliance.
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other industrial vehicles to efficiently load, move, and stage materials.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and safe to support smooth operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of experience in high-volume warehouse settings with proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
- Strong knowledge of basic computer functions and inventory management systems.
- Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles safely.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak production periods.
