We are looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated QMHP to join our team and provide Mental Health Skill-Building and Community Stabilization Services to individuals in their homes and communities.

What You'll Do

You will work one-on-one with individuals to help them:

• Develop healthy coping and symptom-management skills
• Build confidence and independence
• Improve daily living skills
• Strengthen communication and relationships
• Work toward individualized goals
• Connect with community resources
• Manage challenges and maintain stability
• Recognize their strengths and celebrate their progress

You will also collaborate with families, treatment providers, and community partners to ensure individuals receive consistent and supportive care.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required if traveling to provide services.
