JOB SUMMARY
The Supv, Nuclear Project Management is responsible for leading and overseeing project management and construction engineering programs at the nuclear power station. This role directs a team of Project Managers and Engineers to successfully deliver projects that meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
The Supv ensures effective coordination across engineering, construction vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal departments including Operations, Maintenance, Outage Planning, and Security. This position plays a critical role in driving execution, resolving field challenges, and maintaining compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
This role manages a diverse portfolio of renovation, upgrade, and capital improvement projects, typically overseeing 20+ concurrent initiatives with an annual construction budget exceeding $25 million.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in engineering or project management. Experience in nuclear power plant engineering, operations, or construction strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of:
- Design Change Processes
- Work Management Systems
- Construction codes and standards
- Nuclear plant systems and operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree or an equivalent combination of educations and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering

- Reactor Operator
- Shift Technical Advisor
- Senior Reactor Operator (Naval Nuclear equivalent is acceptable)
- PMP
