ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Delivery Consultant, AI and Analytics Solutions on the team, you will:
- Work across client and delivery teams to design and build model-driven apps using Dataverse, including forms, views, business rules, commands, and dashboards
- Translate business requirements into data models, solution components, and user experiences aligned to standards and reuse
- Configure and extend Dataverse (tables, relationships, column types, validation, calculated/rollup columns) and implement security (roles, teams, business units, field security)
- Design process automation using Power Automate (cloud flows and Desktop), including approvals, integrations, notifications, and exception handling
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems via connectors, APIs, and custom integration patterns
- Establish and promote development standards: solution layering, environment strategy, naming conventions, ALM, and deployment pipelines
- Support testing and quality practices: unit/system testing, defect triage, performance tuning, and release readiness
- Participate in design and code reviews (including Power Fx, JavaScript where applicable, and plugin/workflow approaches), ensuring maintainability and security
- Partner with stakeholders to identify modernization opportunities and roadmap enhancements (e.g., legacy app replacement, workflow digitization, case management)
- Create and maintain documentation: solution design, data model, security model, and operational runbooks
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing-reusable components, patterns, accelerators, and internal community of practice assets
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- 4+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications (low-code and/or traditional) with strong business-to-technical translation skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building Power Apps, with 1+ years focused on model-driven apps
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse data modeling and security design
- 3+ years of experience with Power Automate (cloud flows), including error handling and integration scenarios
- 1+ years experience designing solutions to address client requirements, including data, security, and non-functional requirements (performance, auditability, supportability)
- 1+ years experience working in an Agile delivery environment (backlog, user stories, sprint ceremonies)
- 1+ years experience understanding of ALM concepts for Power Platform (solutions, managed/unmanaged, environment promotion, deployment practices)
Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
- Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer, Power Platform Functional Consultant)
- Experience with Power Platform extensibility: PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) components, custom connectors, Azure Functions, plugins, or integration middleware
- Experience with Dynamics 365 implementations (Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, etc.) and common patterns for model-driven apps
- Familiarity with governance and operating models (CoE setup, environment strategy, DLP (data loss prevention) policies, telemetry/monitoring)
- Experience with accessibility, UX patterns for model-driven apps, and adoption practices (training, change enablement)
- Prior Government & Public Services consulting and/or professional services experience
- Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational flow design, Power Automate integration, and custom connector development
COMPENSATION
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,300 to $118,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
