General Orthopedic Physician Opportunity – Deaconess Clinic
Henderson, KY location

Practice Overview
- General Orthopedics (1.0 FTE)
- Clinic + Surgical Practice + APP Support
- Call: 1:4
- Inpatient Coverage: ~7 days/month
- Opportunity to ramp up quickly.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Outpatient clinic with consistent referral flow
- Surgical cases supported by hospital infrastructure and care coordination teams.
- Collaboration with primary care and rehab services to maintain continuity of care.
- 5-10 cases per week average (annual average ortho does 350 cases per year)
- Call coverage supported by APPs as physician wishes.
Compensation
- $800,000 guaranteed (Year 1) + productivity opportunity
- Many physicians exceed initial guarantee based on volume.
- Productivity model after Year 1 with additional quality incentives
- Earning potential exceeding $1M
Additional Incentives
- $50,000 sign-on bonus (5-year agreement)
- Up to $15,000 relocation
- Full benefits package including 401(k) and 457(b).
