INTRODUCTION
We are currently looking for several skilled Plumbers to become part of our Baltimore, MD crew. Immediate openings are available.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- At least two years of professional experience in residential or commercial plumbing, though we are also open to highly capable apprentices.
- Possession of a current driver's license and a spotless motor vehicle record.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex plumbing issues.
- Must hold an active Journeyman license.
- Background in identifying and locating leaks is strongly desired.
- Proficiency working with sewer, water, service, and main lines, as well as slab leak repairs, is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating drain cameras, infrared, and acoustic detection tools is a plus.
- Experience in managing subcontractors and providing job estimates is considered an asset.

- Annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $80,000.

CORE DUTIES
- Execute underground plumbing repairs for commercial and residential clients based on leak detection results, covering service lines, main water pipes, and sewer or slab leaks.
- Utilize specialized electronic and camera technology to identify issues and perform precise repairs, including pressure testing, fixture and valve swaps, and system rerouting.
- Analyze building regulations and technical blueprints to establish the most effective installation or repair methods.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all established safety protocols.
