We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Administrator to support project execution through permitting coordination, engineering documentation management, and cross-functional administrative support. This role serves as a key link between engineering, operations, permitting agencies, and project stakeholders to help ensure projects move efficiently from planning through production.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for timekeeping
- Create weekly job packs
- Create and close purchase orders
- Ensure office equipment is in working order to include scheduling maintenance
- Great customer experiences and service is how we built our reputation. You will be the right fit if you believe in serving people and solving problems.
- Setting and confirming install dates
- Mailing customer information packets
- Following up with customers on a variety of issues
- Updates customer records for accuracy
- It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
Qualifications
- High School Degree/GED
- 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Previous call center or customer service preferred
- Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
- Excellent computer skills
- Great oral and verbal communication
Working Conditions
- Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.
