The Role
Experienced Business Analyst with expertise in enterprise application implementation, business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement. Responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, facilitating workshops, documenting business processes, supporting UAT activities, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions for the MAX solution implementation.

Who You Are
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience with enterprise application implementation and business process mapping.
- Knowledgeable in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and UAT coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledgeable on the ADOT MVD MAX Solution.
- Based in the United States.
