Job Title: Specialist - Business Analysis
Technical Skills Primary (Mandatory):
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment
- Direct experience within the Health Insurance Employee Benefits domain
- Strong hands-on experience with Self-Funded Self-Insured Health Plans
- Mandatory experience with Medical Stop Loss Insurance Level Funded Plans and Self-Insured Retention SIR concepts products and business processes
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Experience conducting requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and backlog refinement sessions
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, current state, future state assessments, and solution design
- Experience identifying business impacts, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Hands-on experience working with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or XP)
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Operations, Development, and QA teams
- Experience supporting requirement validation and unit testing activities
- Familiarity with requirements traceability and change management practices
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for documentation, requirements analysis, process analysis, and business insights
Technical Skills Secondary (Nice to Have):
- Experience with ESL Office
- Experience with Employee Navigator
- Experience with Rally or comparable Agile management tools
- Experience using AI-assisted business analysis and documentation solutions
- SQL for data analysis and validation
- AWS exposure
- Postman or API testing experience
- Healthcare and Insurance domain certifications
- Experience working in Agile and Hybrid delivery models
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to facilitate discussions across business and technical teams
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client-facing and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement reviews, and backlog grooming sessions
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements through implementation and testing
- Analyze current state processes and recommend future state solutions
- Identify business impacts, risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the SDLC
- Support testing, requirement validation, and change management activities
- Develop and maintain business process flows, requirements documentation, and supporting artifacts
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency in business analysis activities
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies regarding data privacy, security, and responsible AI usage
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline
- Equivalent practical experience will be considered

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay, and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
