REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Master's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's with 8yrs RE; or 12yrs RE
- Active SECRET clearance
- Familiarity with Air Force Test and Evaluation programs or similar military operations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality briefings, design reviews, requirements reviews, and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
- Utilize software tools like Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Concerto for effective planning and reporting
- Report issues and recommend solutions to improve project execution
- Provide support for Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) for T-2 aircraft modifications and related projects.
- Manage software application to track modifications, maintain project pipelines, and close out completed projects.
- Synchronize all projects in the instrumentation portfolio and interpret scheduling data for leadership.
- Attend meetings, progress reviews, and lead discussions with configuration control boards.
- Engage with subject matter experts, project leads, and stakeholders to provide strategic support and recommendations.
