Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Business Architecture to lead business process design and mapping initiatives.
Job Description
Develop and define comprehensive business architecture frameworks aligned with organizational strategy. Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with business goals. Design and map end-to-end business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into business architecture artifacts. Support strategic planning by providing insights on business capabilities and process interdependencies. Utilize industry best practices and standards to enhance business process design and architecture. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through detailed process analysis and documentation. Facilitate workshops and sessions to capture business needs and process workflows. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements in process design.

- Lead the development and implementation of business architecture strategies within the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable process designs.
- Conduct detailed business process mapping and modeling to support transformation projects.
- Evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members on business architecture principles and methodologies.
- Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented business processes.
- Manage documentation and version control of business architecture artifacts.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in business architecture and process design.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
Compensation range: $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
