Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Real Estate Agent role based in Manhattan, NY. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will prospect and build relationships with tenants, landlords, and investors, focusing on retail and other commercial asset classes. Daily responsibilities include identifying and evaluating properties, conducting market research and rent/valuation analyses, preparing listing materials and marketing collateral, and coordinating property tours. The agent will negotiate lease and sale terms, prepare offers and deal summaries, and collaborate with internal teams on underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution. The role also involves maintaining a robust pipeline in the New York City and Tri-State markets, attending industry events, and providing ongoing advisory support to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial brokerage and sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Ability to conduct market research, financial analysis, and comparative property evaluations.
- Experience preparing marketing materials, property listings, and client presentations.
- Effective communication, relationship-building, and client service skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with lease structures, investment sales processes, and basic real estate finance concepts.
