Job Summary
This position is for an assistant research scientist developing cryo-CMOS electronics for cryogenic qubits (superconducting and spin), spanning control, readout, and quantum error correction processing. They will also explore circuit, architecture, and system-level support for other leading qubit modalities-particularly neutral-atom quantum computing, where dedicated classical electronics remain a critical, largely unaddressed need for scaling.
Responsibilities*
The Assistant Research Scientist will contribute to DRAM-based processing-in-memory chiplets for fast, efficient, low-cost LL inference, an effort connected to the university's M-TRAC translational research program.
Required Qualifications*
- PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering
- 1 or more years of relevant postdoctoral research experience
