ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and conducts experimental designs and laboratory screening methods to measure desired performance metrics and for the creation of prototype products
- Reviews data, provides preliminary interpretation and draws conclusions. Proposes next steps and strategies of development efforts. Reports progress/issues on a timely basis
- Coordinates necessary tasks and discussions with R&D cross-functional teams to ensure the tasks executed in a timely manner
- Works closely with business partners (i.e. marketing, supply chain, finance, purchasing) when appropriate
- Prepares and delivers presentations, both written and oral, to various levels of management
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related Science/Engineering field
- Strong experimental, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 1-3 years of hands-on lab experience with a focus on safety, accuracy, and data integrity
- Proactive, self-driven team player with strong ownership and accountability

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 and $85,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
