Required Pay Scale: $50-55hr W2
Summary of Job Description: This Application Production Support role is responsible for managing day-to-day activities and functions for the assigned team. Key expectations include solving complex technical and analytical issues and effectively communicating results to senior management and Line of Business partners. We are looking for dynamic problem solvers who can operate in a high pressure trading environment that requires strong global partnerships, solid technical and financial expertise, and strict adherence to process guidelines. Production Services oversees the daily operations of the technology platform.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Experience supporting WebLogic / IIS, Apache, Informatica, SQL-based applications, with exposure to GenAI
- Strong background in Java, Unix, SQL, WebLogic/IIS, and Informatica
- Experience with AutoSys and ETL pipeline management is a plus
MUST HAVES:
- HANDSON ROLE
- Have a SRE mindset
- Expertise in Application Support (Not Infrastructure)
- Java/Unix/Weblogic/MQ/SQL/Splunk/Dynatrace
- Programming experience (development / coding background)– hands on in Java and or python
- Be the bridge for application to operations
- Automation experience – Terraform/Ansible/python
- Monitoring Logs
- Incident management
- Candidate must have a leadership presence and be a polished communicator
NICE TO HAVES:
- Exposure to Cloud Container processing, MuleSoft or Informatica is a plus
- Shell scripting/Batch scripting is a plus
- Knowledge in ITSM
