Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) with strong expertise in RSA Archer to support and enhance GRC platforms and drive risk management initiatives.
Job Description
- Perform comprehensive GRC risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate organizational risks.
- Utilize the RSA Archer platform to manage and streamline GRC processes, workflows, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Analyze risk and compliance data and generate actionable insights and reports for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain risk and control frameworks including relevant documentation within Archer.
- Configure and support Archer applications such as Risk Management, Policy Compliance, and Audit Management.
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulatory changes, and best practices in GRC and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement of GRC processes and Archer platform capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of RSA Archer modules.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify risk areas, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and access controls within Archer.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate critical risks to senior management.
- Ensure timely completion of risk assessments, audits, and compliance activities.
- Provide expert guidance on GRC policies, procedures, and Archer platform capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and GRC awareness.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the GRC practice.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer platform configuration, administration, and support.
- Experience in GRC domains: Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Policy Management.
- Proficiency in configuring Archer applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, and access controls.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, control testing, and compliance audits.
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive insights from risk data.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Business, IT, Audit teams).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Archer data feeds, integrations, and APIs.
- Knowledge of scripting/SQL for data management and reporting.
- Exposure to GRC migration or transformation programs.
- Familiarity with other GRC tools (ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, etc.).
- Certifications such as RSA Archer Certified Professional, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
- Experience in financial services or insurance domain.
- Understanding of DevOps and cloud risk governance practices.

Other details
The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
