Primary Responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of software engineering processes: Design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile and dev-ops
- Analyze business requirements to develop database solutions for Health Care and Reporting systems
- Provide support for Service Availability, Stability & application performance
- Resolve production issues by code debugging, analyzing logs, perform reverse engineering to find the root cause and suggest permanent fix within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours/weekends

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies (FSE)
- 5+ years of experience with JCL, COBOL
- 5+ years of experience with DB2, SQL
- 5+ years of experience with CICS, API
- 5+ years of experience in REXX
- 4+ years of experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles
- 4+ years of knowledge of Airflow or TWSd batch jobs
- 4+ years of experience in managing code migration through the various stages for the release

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
