Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales or product strategy in traditional or digital advertising.
- Experience in, Measurement, particularly Experimentation, Incrementality, Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and investigative capabilities, and track record of building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Strong operational excellence, with the ability to prioritize initiatives, drive progress and adapt quickly across multiple workstreams.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate product offerings into sales facing value propositions in line with customer business and marketing objectives.

As one of (GTM’s) core regional organizations, the Product Go-To-Market (PGTM team) partners with Google's largest business-carrying unit, ALCS (Americas Large Customer Sales), which generates digital ad business from large advertisers in the US, Canada, and LATAM. PGTM designs, builds, and drives ALCS product activation strategies that accelerate ALCS growth.Measurement is at the core of value. In ALCS we compete on value by driving outcomes our customers believe in, accelerated by AI. Our Measurement PGTM team enables this through scaled activation of products and frameworks that allows every seller to prove value our customers believe in.
This role sits within the Product GTM Team, tasked with accelerating and defending large customer sales (LCS) business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools and program best practices.
As a lead on Media Effectiveness, you will be responsible for accelerating measurement product adoption and business growth, enabling critical product adoption and future-proofing the AMER business. Measurement is a big bet for Google and Media Effectiveness is critical in supporting our customers in making informed decisions about cross-channel budget allocation and optimizing their media spend. Measurement enables our customers to grow value for their businesses and share of wallet for Google by enabling them to optimize their spend via trustworthy and accurate ads measurement. In this role, you’ll deliver on the core product go-to-market remit which is: designing and deploying regional activation program and providing thought leadership on product activation and execution. You will also nurture and advance third-party (3P) ecosystems, agencies and industry groups
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects for Measurement, focused on Media Effectiveness (e.g., experimentation and incrementality, marketing mix models) at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support business priorities; oversee multiple strategic opportunities and design organization-wide strategic processes to ensure long-term goals are defined and met.
- Define, align upon and execute against priority regional product objective key results (OKRs) and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies; build rigorous governance systems to diagnose, discuss and progress against key business goals.
- Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Go to Market, Marketing) cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives; influence Global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of media effectiveness products and impacted revenue data to identify trends, insights and intelligence to support decision making and activation.
