Texas does not have a state-issued license specific to this role, but employers widely recognize the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or the Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) credentials from APICS. Building proficiency in analytics tools and completing internships with Texas manufacturers, retailers, or energy firms strengthens candidacy considerably.
