Which companies hire mid level tax senior managers?

How do I move up to a mid level tax senior manager role?
Growth into mid level comes from building a pattern of increasing ownership over time. Early-career tax professionals who take on more complex returns, step into client communication, and begin coaching newer staff build the profile employers recognize at this level.
