Join our dynamic creative team as a versatile and passionate Creative Team Member, supporting roles including Assistant Manager and Sketch Artist. In this energetic position, you will contribute to innovative projects, assist in team management, and bring artistic visions to life through sketching and design. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and creative flair will help foster an inspiring environment where ideas flourish and projects succeed. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative setting while making a meaningful impact on our creative initiatives. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute creative concepts for various projects
- Assist the Assistant Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, team coordination, and project management
- Create detailed sketches and visual representations aligned with project briefs and artistic direction
- Support inventory management of bridal and formal gowns, materials, and experiences to ensure smooth workflow
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and innovative solutions
- Maintain organized records of sketches, project files, and client feedback for easy access and review
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments to ensure project deadlines are met
Experience
- Previous experience in a creative or fashion boutique ole such as sketching, styling, organizing events, or design preferred
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in team settings is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills;
- Familiarity with retail sales environments or customer service roles is beneficial but not required
- Experience with inventory control, purchasing, or bookkeeping can enhance your contribution to team operations
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and creativity
