Join our dynamic creative team as a versatile and passionate Creative Team Member, supporting roles including Assistant Manager and Sketch Artist. • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute creative concepts for various projects
• Assist the Assistant Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, team coordination, and project management
• Create detailed sketches and visual representations aligned with project briefs and artistic direction
• Support inventory management of bridal and formal gowns, materials, and experiences to ensure smooth workflow
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and innovative solutions
• Maintain organized records of sketches, project files, and client feedback for easy access and review
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments to ensure project deadlines are met

Experience

• Previous experience in a creative or fashion boutique ole such as sketching, styling, organizing events, or design preferred
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in team settings is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills;
• Familiarity with retail sales environments or customer service roles is beneficial but not required
• Experience with inventory control, purchasing, or bookkeeping can enhance your contribution to team operations
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and creativity
