What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments
• Build rapport and understand clients' remodeling goals
• Present design and remodeling solutions
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth project experience
• Maintain strong communication from consultation through project completion

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (home improvement/remodeling experience preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Ability to build trust and close deals
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth
