About Us

We are a growing commercial construction and property management organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and vendors.

Position Summary

The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a thorough understanding of commercial construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction and renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Solicit and evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, change orders, and invoicing.
• Communicate regularly with clients, ownership, tenants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to management.

Preferred Experience

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, building systems, and project delivery processes.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar construction management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities or construction preferred
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders

• Must have reliable transportation, safe driving record and pass criminal background check and drug test

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
