The Team
We are seeking a candidate who has proven experience delivering creative technical solutions to complex problems in a fast paced, deadline-driven work environment. The ideal candidate will apply critical thinking to prioritize deliverables. The Expertise You Have
- BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineer field preferred.
- 1-3 plus years of technology experience in the implementation and integration of software solutions in highly scalable environments with focus on physical security technologies
- Experience in high-volume, low latency real-time messaging applied alerting and logging
- Experience in DevOps environment implementing automation solutions which improves process and scalability
- Ability to work in a fast paced, highly matrix environment to achieve group goals
- Desire and aptitude for learning new technologies
- Dedication to sharing knowledge
- Ability to communicate problems and recommend solutions to project leaders
- Understanding of networking infrastructure and protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving
- Migrating legacy products to reduce technical debt
- Ability to effectively collaborate on a cross-functional agile team

- Proven hands-on system engineering skills
- Understanding of cloud-based solutions, continuous integration/deployment.

The Value you Deliver
- Participate in problem solving, troubleshooting, performance tuning, production support, and maintenance of existing applications.
- Executing with web, event driven, caching, batch architectures, crafting systems for high throughput, low latency, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Support senior management by identifying risks and ensuring the smooth continuance of business functions and integrations with all Technical Security platforms across the enterprise
- Provide continual improvement around technical solutions to automate processes and dynamically enhance productivity
- Support the implementation of strong governance structures for all Technical Security platforms and operations
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
