Job Description:
- Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
- Comfortable building and demonstrating Salesforce CPQ prototypes in Salesforce.
- Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architecture.
- Design, develop and maintain application architectures that support client’s business requirements.
- Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Assist Project Leadership conducting project risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses, architecture assessments and technical qualification.
- Act as an owner and ultimate escalation point for the implementations one builds and supports.
Requirements
- 3+ years Salesforce Platform implementation experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations.
- Strong understanding of the overall architecture of the Salesforce CRM platform concepts and how they influence design.
- Experience in configuring any other recurring SaaS solutions would make a candidate stand out.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback.
- Adept in execution of Agile methodologies, and overall use of Jira.
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication and writing skills.
- Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones.
- Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to details.
Education
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science OR Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Active Salesforce CPQ Specialist Superbadges Ideal.
- Active B2B Commerce Functional, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Data Architecture & Management Designer would make a candidate stand out.
