The system currently operates but is in an active rebuild / refactor phase as the company moves toward operational maturity and investor readiness. Global / offshore support teams in Mexico and Pakistan. Position sits on a hybrid basis in Scottsdale, AZ.
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Position Summary
Our client is seeking a hands‑on, in‑house Full‑Stack Developer to provide stronger technical leadership, daily system ownership, and communication continuity across a globally distributed development team. This role will play a critical bridge function between overseas developers, internal trade support teams, and company leadership—helping move the platform from build mode into stable, fully automated operations. This is a temp‑to‑hire (TTH) role with flexibility to convert based on mutual fit.
Why This Role Exists (Business Drivers)
- Developers rotating in and out have created knowledge gaps
- Need for stronger command, structure, and day‑to‑day accountability
- Communication challenges across borders and time zones
- Platform frequently “breaks down” and requires constant in‑house troubleshooting
- Leadership wants one technical owner on site to stabilize and scale
Key Responsibilities (Day‑to‑Day)
- Own and support a complex, end‑to‑end automated trade platform
- Partner with global developers during rebuild and refinement phases
- Troubleshoot daily system issues and prevent recurring failures
- Support AI‑enabled components and embedded code architecture
- Work within a Mac‑based development environment
- Manage and apply frequent software patches and system updates
- Collaborate with trade, logistics, and operations teams
- Participate in R&D while helping transition the platform into steady‑state operations
- Improve documentation, workflows, and technical continuity
Top “Must‑Have” Qualifications
- 3+ years of Full‑Stack Development Experience with complex, production‑level systems
- Strong Communication Skills (able to lead without authority, close gaps across global teams)
- Hands‑On, In‑House Mindset – enjoys being onsite and solving problems in real time
Additional Desired Skills
- Mac‑based development experience
- Experience supporting or integrating AI‑driven or embedded systems
- Platform rebuild or refactor experience
- Comfort working across global teams and time zones
- Exposure to automation‑driven or logistics/trade platforms (nice to have, not required)
- Process mindset (PMI, Green/Black Belt appreciated but not required)
Challenges of the Role
- Inheriting a system mid‑build with limited documentation
- Stabilizing a platform that “always breaks”
- Bridging offshore developers with local operational needs
- Balancing R&D work while moving toward production stability
- Navigating growth‑stage ambiguity and evolving priorities
Experience Requirements
6+ years of relevant development experience preferred. Tenure is flexible if the candidate can clearly explain past transitions. Mac experience is a huge plus.
Cultural & Team Environment
Quiet office with focused work style. Leadership frequently travels in; candidate must adapt quickly. Looking for someone practical, steady, and resilient—not overly theoretical.

Which companies sponsor visas for snack bar attendants in Arizona?
Aramark and Delaware North are the two largest concession operators in Arizona and have historically filed for work visas across hospitality roles. Venue management companies serving Chase Field, Footprint Center, and Desert Diamond Arena also hire in this category. Large resort operators in Scottsdale and Sedona with international guest pipelines occasionally sponsor attendants through hospitality-focused visa programs.
Which visa types are most common for snack bar attendant roles in Arizona?
The J-1 visa is the most commonly used pathway for snack bar attendant roles in Arizona, typically through Summer Work Travel or Hospitality and Tourism exchange programs. The H-2B temporary nonagricultural worker visa is another option for seasonal positions at resorts, stadiums, and national park concessions, though it requires employer sponsorship and is subject to an annual cap.
Which cities in Arizona have the most snack bar attendant sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and Scottsdale account for the highest concentration of sponsored snack bar attendant positions in Arizona, driven by major sports venues, convention centers, and resort properties. Tucson sees demand through the University of Arizona's events calendar and regional resorts. Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon corridor generate seasonal openings through national park concessionaires operating during peak visitor months.
How to find snack bar attendant visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate is a job board built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship in the United States. You can filter directly for snack bar attendant roles in Arizona to see employers actively open to sponsoring workers. This is more efficient than general job searches because listings are screened for sponsorship availability, saving time for candidates on visa timelines.
Are there any Arizona-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for snack bar attendants?
Arizona's heavy reliance on tourism, spring training baseball, and national park visitation creates strong seasonal demand that aligns well with the H-2B visa's temporary worker structure. Employers in resort corridors like Scottsdale and Sedona are more accustomed to international hiring than employers in smaller markets. Prevailing wage requirements under H-2B mean employers must meet Department of Labor standards for the role and region before sponsoring.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored snack bar attendant jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
