Which artificial intelligence companies sponsor H-1B1 Chile visas in Colorado?
Colorado employers with documented H-1B1 visa sponsorship activity in technical fields include Arrow Electronics, Palantir Technologies, and several Denver-based enterprise software firms. Defense contractors operating near Colorado Springs, such as Lockheed Martin and Raytheon, have also filed for AI and data science roles. Sponsorship patterns vary by year, so reviewing DOL Labor Condition Application disclosure data gives the most current picture of which employers are actively filing.
Which cities in Colorado have the most artificial intelligence H-1B1 Chile sponsorship jobs?
Denver and Boulder account for the largest share of AI sponsorship activity in Colorado, driven by a concentration of enterprise tech companies, startups, and university research affiliates. The Colorado Springs area adds defense and aerospace AI roles. Fort Collins hosts a smaller but active cluster of engineering and data science employers connected to Colorado State University, making it a secondary market worth monitoring for H-1B1 Chile opportunities.
What types of artificial intelligence roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Chile sponsorship?
Roles that commonly qualify include machine learning engineer, data scientist, AI research scientist, computer vision engineer, and natural language processing specialist. Each position must meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field is a normal requirement for entry. O*NET occupation profiles for these job titles confirm the degree-level requirements that support H-1B1 eligibility across Colorado employers.
How do I find artificial intelligence H-1B1 Chile sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa type, including H-1B1 Chile, and by industry, so you can search for artificial intelligence roles in Colorado without sorting through positions that don't offer this sponsorship. The platform surfaces employer LCA filing history, which shows which Colorado companies have sponsored H-1B1 workers before, helping you prioritize outreach to employers already familiar with the process.
Are there any state-specific or industry-specific considerations for H-1B1 Chile sponsorship in Colorado's AI sector?
Colorado's AI hiring is influenced by its defense and aerospace industry, which may involve security clearance requirements that can affect sponsorship timelines or eligibility for some roles. The state has no additional visa-related employer registration requirements beyond federal standards. AI employers in Colorado frequently use the OFLC Wage Search to determine prevailing wage levels, which directly affects the wage the employer must certify on the Labor Condition Application for any H-1B1 position.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Chile artificial intelligence jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
