About The Team
DoorDash Digital Ordering is DoorDash’s first software-as-a-service business unit – offering a suite of services across online ordering, branded mobile apps, loyalty solutions, and more that enable merchants (restaurants, grocers, retailers, etc.) to reach customers through their own first-party channels. The business is one of the fastest-growing segments within DoorDash, and yet is only scratching the surface of a generational opportunity to better serve hundreds of thousands of merchants across the Americas to help them grow their business and improve working lives in one of the country’s biggest industry sectors. As a Strategy & Operations leader in this space, the Senior Manager will have the opportunity to help define and lead key strategic bets and initiatives to grow the business. You will work on both nascent, 0->1 bets and opportunities to scale our impact nationwide. The ideal candidate for this role should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership and create plans from scratch, and drive execution while obtaining cross-functional buy-in to achieve Digital Ordering’s strategic goals.

- Grow a high-potential offering within a high-growth business
- Steer the Digital Ordering product roadmap informed by quantitative analysis and qualitative merchant feedback
- Develop and execute strategies related to how Digital Ordering fits into the broader industry landscape
- Execute product testing and roll-outs on the ground with merchant partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders across DoorDash to align company-wide resources to refine platform capabilities
- Analyze complex data sets paired with partner team feedback to provide insights and recommendations to our leadership
- Manage a team of strategy & operations colleagues
We’re Excited About You Because…
- You are a strong strategic thinker and have great intuitive product sense
- You are a builder at heart, and have already adopted AI tools beyond ChatGPT to meaningfully improve how you work
- You have experience in a complex or high-growth environment (high-growth SaaS experience is nice-to-have, but not required)
- You have taken something from 0>1 (former founders welcome) and operate comfortably in ambiguous environments
- You imagine, develop, and execute on workstreams from start to completion with little oversight
- You oscillate easily from strategic considerations to tactical execution
- You are a self-starter who is energized by a difficult problem
- You collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members across the organization
- You represent the DoorDash brand with humility and a customer-first mindset
- 7+ years of relevant experience
We expect this position to be filled by May 1, 2026.

Which e-commerce companies in Colorado have sponsored H-1B1 Chile visas?
Colorado-based e-commerce and online marketplace employers that have filed Labor Condition Applications include companies headquartered in Denver, Boulder, and the broader Front Range technology corridor. Retailers with in-house digital commerce teams, as well as platform and logistics companies, have historically filed LCAs for specialty occupation roles. Searching DOL OFLC disclosure data by Colorado employer helps identify specific companies with active filing histories.
Which Colorado cities have the most e-commerce H-1B1 Chile sponsorship jobs?
Denver concentrates the highest number of e-commerce employer headquarters and regional offices, making it the primary market for H-1B1 Chile sponsorship opportunities in the state. Boulder follows closely, particularly for product and engineering roles at technology-driven commerce companies. Colorado Springs and Fort Collins host smaller but growing e-commerce operations, especially in logistics software and digital retail platforms.
What types of e-commerce roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Chile sponsorship in Colorado?
Roles that generally satisfy the H-1B1 visa specialty occupation requirement in e-commerce include software engineer, data analyst, UX designer, digital marketing manager, product manager, and e-commerce platform architect. Each position must require at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. O*NET occupation profiles and DOL prevailing wage data via the OFLC Wage Search help confirm whether a specific role and degree combination qualifies.
How do I find e-commerce H-1B1 Chile sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters job listings by visa type, letting Chilean nationals search specifically for e-commerce roles with H-1B1 Chile sponsorship in Colorado. The platform surfaces employers with verified LCA filing history in the state, so you can focus on companies that have already demonstrated willingness to sponsor this visa category rather than approaching employers without that track record.
Are there any state-specific considerations for H-1B1 Chile sponsorship in Colorado's e-commerce industry?
Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to disclose compensation ranges in job postings, which makes it easier to assess whether an offered wage meets the DOL prevailing wage standard required for H-1B1 Chile LCA certification. Additionally, Colorado's competitive technology hiring market means e-commerce employers are generally accustomed to sponsoring nonimmigrant workers, though each sponsorship decision remains at the employer's discretion.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Chile e-commerce jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
