About The Team
DoorDash Digital Ordering is DoorDash’s first software-as-a-service business unit – offering a suite of services across online ordering, branded mobile apps, loyalty solutions, and more that enable merchants (restaurants, grocers, retailers, etc.) to reach customers through their own first-party channels. The business is one of the fastest-growing segments within DoorDash, and yet is only scratching the surface of a generational opportunity to better serve hundreds of thousands of merchants across the Americas to help them grow their business and improve working lives in one of the country’s biggest industry sectors. As a Strategy & Operations leader in this space, the Senior Manager will have the opportunity to help define and lead key strategic bets and initiatives to grow the business. The ideal candidate for this role should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take ownership and create plans from scratch, and drive execution while obtaining cross-functional buy-in to achieve Digital Ordering’s strategic goals.

- Develop and execute strategies related to how Digital Ordering fits into the broader industry landscape
- Execute product testing and roll-outs on the ground with merchant partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders across DoorDash to align company-wide resources to refine platform capabilities
- Analyze complex data sets paired with partner team feedback to provide insights and recommendations to our leadership
- Manage a team of strategy & operations colleagues
We’re Excited About You Because…
- You are a strong strategic thinker and have great intuitive product sense
- You are a builder at heart, and have already adopted AI tools beyond ChatGPT to meaningfully improve how you work
- You have experience in a complex or high-growth environment (high-growth SaaS experience is nice-to-have, but not required)
- You have taken something from 0>1 (former founders welcome) and operate comfortably in ambiguous environments
- You imagine, develop, and execute on workstreams from start to completion with little oversight
- You oscillate easily from strategic considerations to tactical execution
- You are a self-starter who is energized by a difficult problem
- You collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members across the organization
- You represent the DoorDash brand with humility and a customer-first mindset
- 7+ years of relevant experience

Which food & beverage companies sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas in Colorado?
Colorado employers with documented H-1B1 visa sponsorship activity in food and beverage include large food manufacturers, national restaurant chains with regional offices, and beverage distributors headquartered in the Denver metro area. Companies with established HR and legal infrastructure are more likely to navigate the H-1B1 petition process. Checking DOL Labor Condition Application disclosure data through the OFLC Wage Search tool identifies specific employers who have filed for food and beverage roles.
Which cities in Colorado have the most food & beverage H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?
Denver concentrates the greatest share of food and beverage H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship activity in Colorado, driven by its density of corporate offices, food manufacturers, and hospitality groups. Boulder supports roles tied to natural foods and specialty beverage companies, while Fort Collins has a notable craft brewing and food-science presence connected to Colorado State University's food technology programs. Colorado Springs and Pueblo have smaller but active food processing employers.
What types of food & beverage roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship in food and beverage typically applies to specialty occupation roles requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Qualifying positions commonly include food scientists, quality assurance engineers, process engineers, supply chain analysts, regulatory affairs specialists, and food safety managers. General production or line-worker roles do not meet the specialty occupation standard. O*NET occupation profiles can help verify whether a specific job title typically requires a bachelor's degree.
How do I find food & beverage H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search, letting you filter for H-1B1 Singapore-eligible roles in Colorado's food and beverage sector using verified DOL Labor Condition Application data. This shows which Colorado employers have actively sponsored H-1B1 petitions for food and beverage positions, rather than relying on unverified sponsorship claims. Filtering by industry and state on Migrate Mate surfaces employers with a documented filing history, giving Singaporean professionals a practical starting point.
Are there state-specific considerations for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship in Colorado's food & beverage industry?
Colorado does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal H-1B1 rules, but food and beverage employers in the state must still comply with Colorado's wage and hour laws, which can affect prevailing wage calculations filed with the DOL. Colorado's competitive labor market in specialty food and beverage manufacturing may influence how employers structure H-1B1 petitions. Employers in regulated food categories, such as cannabis-infused products, face additional state licensing requirements that are separate from the visa process entirely.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore food & beverage jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
