Your Day to Day

As a Digital Marketing Manager you would be working on

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn) to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.

• Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and spend to ensure campaigns remain on track and aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with agency partners and vendors on campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to support data-driven decisions.

• Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and new tactics to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

As a Digital Marketing Manager your background will look like

• 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns and optimizing performance across major advertising platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for tracking campaign spend, budgets, and performance metrics with strong attention to detail in campaign setup, monitoring, and budget reconciliation.

• Advanced English proficiency (C2 or C1) with strong presentation and communication skills, enabling you to clearly present campaign results and insights to a variety of stakeholders.
