ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the execution of quality assurance activities for applications, systems, products, and projects to ensure they meet defined quality standards.

• Assist in developing, conducting, and evaluating application audits and testing processes under established procedures and guidelines.

• Perform test cases using automated and/or manual testing tools, document results, and help identify potential issues or non-conformities.

• Follow quality control and assurance methodologies to support continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and tools.

• Help prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to testing, audits, and quality activities.

• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to support the implementation of quality procedures and best practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training, certifications, or coursework in IT, quality, or related fields is a plus.

• Basic understanding of software applications, systems, or technology environments; prior exposure to testing concepts is helpful but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines consistently.

• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under supervision.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and work collaboratively with colleagues.

• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of automated testing tools, quality control methods, and regulatory or firm-specific quality standards.
