ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Since opening the agency in 2015, we've grown into a team of eight professionals focused on helping customers protect what matters most while building meaningful relationships in our community. Prior to becoming an agent, I spent 10 years in automotive finance, where I developed a passion for helping people make important financial decisions and achieve their goals.
Having lived in this area my entire life, I'm proud to serve the community that helped shape who I am. Outside of work, you'll often find me spending time with my dog, Winston, and staying involved in local events and community initiatives. Giving back and supporting the people around us is something that's important to both me and our agency.
Our office culture is one of collaboration, support, and growth. We work hard, but we keep things laid back and enjoyable. I believe in being available for my team, providing guidance when needed, and creating an environment where people can succeed without being micromanaged. We work together, celebrate wins together, and help each other overcome challenges.
We're looking for someone who wants to win, contribute to a team, and continuously grow. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and looking for an opportunity to build a better future for themselves. If you're someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with others, and wants a leader who will invest in your development, you'll find that here.

Which companies in Michigan sponsor visas for service team associates?
Large employers with established immigration programs are the most consistent sponsors. In Michigan, that includes General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Stellantis, Henry Ford Health System, Beaumont Health, and major logistics and retail operations headquartered in the Detroit metro area. These organizations have HR infrastructure to handle H-1B visa and other work visa petitions, though sponsorship decisions are made case by case.
What visa types are most common for service team associate roles in Michigan?
The H-1B is the most frequently used work visa for service team associate positions that require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Some roles in specialized operational or technical support functions may qualify. Candidates already holding OPT or STEM OPT through Michigan universities like University of Michigan or Michigan State can begin work before an H-1B is filed, making them attractive to sponsoring employers.
Which Michigan cities have the most service team associate sponsorship jobs?
Detroit and its suburbs, particularly Dearborn, Troy, and Southfield, concentrate the highest volume of service team associate openings tied to automotive and healthcare employers. Grand Rapids is a secondary hub with growing presence in healthcare and professional services. Ann Arbor attracts candidates through its university ecosystem and proximity to tech-adjacent operations that occasionally post service team roles with sponsorship.
How to find service team associate visa sponsorship jobs in Michigan?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can browse service team associate roles in Michigan without sorting through positions that don't support international candidates. The platform surfaces employers actively sponsoring, which saves significant time compared to applying broadly and discovering sponsorship limitations late in the process. Search by role and state to see current Michigan postings.
Are there state-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for service team associates in Michigan?
Michigan's concentration in automotive manufacturing means many service team associate roles sit within large, publicly traded companies that have existing H-1B sponsorship processes. Employers must pay the Department of Labor's prevailing wage for the role's location and job classification. Ann Arbor and Detroit metro areas each have distinct prevailing wage rates, so the specific city where a role is based affects the wage certification your employer files.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored service team associate jobs in Michigan?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
