ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CPI is looking for someone who likes to work outside and enjoys working independently or on a team to accomplish day-to-day grain and agronomy operations. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. Grain and Agronomy Operators will:
- Load and unload grain commodities
- Blend and load dry or liquid fertilizer and chemicals
- At times load railcars at certain facilities
- Operate heavy equipment if certified, as needed
No experience necessary, training provided.
