We’re looking for a Branch Office Administrator to:
- support the branch management team in various functions and capacities
- assist with resolving client issues
- communicate and implement strategic initiatives at branch level
- support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions
- assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
- coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities
- act as a backup for the Executive Assistant of the Market Executive
The team
You’ll be working in the New York International Group branch office in midtown Manhattan. As a Branch Office Administrator you’ll play an important role in supporting a large global branch with over 100 advisors that service ultra and high net worth clients.
Your skills and experience
- Ideally 2+ year of relevant branch operations experience
- high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- proven written and verbal communication skill
- independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
- passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
- self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
- Multi-lingual preferred, Mandarin/Cantonese speaking a plus

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
- United States - New York - New York min USD 60000 - max USD 85000 /annum
