Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Develop user-centered learning content that simplifies complex digital goals for Trimble Viewpoint products.
- Drive the migration of content into a next-generation structured DITA/XML content management system to create a unified Help experience.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to design ideal customer learning journeys.
- Create multi-media tutorials and personable documentation tailored to specific user personas.
- Actively participate in Agile software development cycles to deliver innovative information architecture.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Background in Technical Writing, English, Rhetoric, Journalism, or Education.
- Proven ability to write high-quality, personable content for technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Help authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, easyDITA, or Oxygen.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and organizational design for documentation.
- Resourceful, quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with DITA/XML content authoring or video learning content development.
- Knowledge of Agile software development and lean design principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software or the construction industry.
