As part of SEL Manufacturing, you will lead a team of Data Analysts responsible for delivering trusted data, meaningful insights, and scalable analytics solutions that support decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you will advance SEL's analytics capabilities through strong data governance, self-service reporting, and a culture of data-informed decision-making. Working closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and leaders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Information Services, you will ensure stakeholders have access to reliable data and insights that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
