We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Services / Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide outstanding service to our guests.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Guest Services / Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Resolving guest complaints and ensuring a pleasant stay.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest needs.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
