Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to join the Critical Projects Implementation (CPI) team. CPI manages retrofit projects within operational data center spaces, tasked with critical infrastructure improvement projects to optimize utilization of space, power, and cooling within operational data centers around the globe. These activities are outside the scope of standard construction delivery and regular preventative maintenance tasks.
The Program Manager will provide essential operational and administrative support to CPI Project Managers by managing vendor onboarding, access and compliance workflows, financial tracking, tool administration, and closeout enforcement. This role ensures the CPI team operates efficiently and maintains high standards of execution across all administrative functions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, has a bias for action, and can independently manage multiple administrative workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This role requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders to drive process compliance and remove barriers for project delivery teams.

- Vendor Onboarding & Access Management
- Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding including documentation, system setup, and badge/access requests across data center facilities

Monitor training compliance and submit Door Masking/SGR tickets, escalating issues to project managers

Troubleshoot invoicing discrepancies and track PO utilization by coordinating with Finance, Procurement teams

- Create and configure Procore project shells, manage user access, and conduct regular data quality checks

Track warehouse inventory (receipts, distribution, reconciliation) and collect inputs for business reviews

SLA Enforcement & Compliance
- Monitor and enforce procedures and closeout action plan SLA targets, tracking submissions and execution timelines
- Generate weekly compliance reports and escalate at-risk items to project managers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or equivalent
- 2+ years of program or project coordination/administration experience
- 2+ years of experience working in construction, data center, or critical infrastructure environments
- Experience with vendor management and onboarding workflows
- Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
