- Salary: Up to $24.00 depending on experience
- Hours: Mon - Thurs 7am - 5:30pm or Tues - Fri 7am - 5:30pm

What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
- Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, vacuum waste and spilled product, water blast clean machines and areas, and lance clean lines and pipes. Must be able to handle up to 10,000 psi water pressure flowing through the handheld cleaning equipment.
- This position may require constant supervision and follow-up.
- Provide sanitation and cleaning assistance as needed for shoveling; snow removal; pesticide application; and general area clean up.
- Assist in formulating standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
- Must have working knowledge and be able to operate the following: skid loaders, scissors lifts, aerial lifts, forklifts, RTFL, and hand / power tools.
- “Effectively” communicate with supervisor and customer to accomplish assigned tasks and develop sound customer relations.
- Maintain adherence to the published work schedule and be available to work overtime as required by demands of the job. This includes days, nights, and weekends as needed. Work all shifts including holidays and weekends when demanded by the job.
- Work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc. utilizing fall protection equipment when required by the job and situation. Employee must be able to work in confined spaces, wear a respirator, fall protection equipment and other necessary PPE as required by the job functions. This could include, but may not be limited to, special blast suits, boots, and gloves as well as standard PPE equipment. Employee must be able to work in awkward positions for long periods of time, stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb excessive stairs.
- Maintain communication with supervisor regarding unresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints. Employee must be able to evaluate a site for safety hazards and communicate with supervisor if the area is felt to be unsafe. Employee will be required to maintain and communicate using a company radio.
- Must maintain a consistent and good attendance record in accordance with Company policy
- Perform other work as defined by company and/or customer.
- Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
- Communications with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives
- Meet physical requirements of the job. Physical requirements of the job will be provided to you prior to employment.
- Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
- Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time sheets and work order completion.
- Must maintain positive customer and employee relations

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of industrial cleaning experience desired but not required
- License: Must possess a valid driver’s license; may be required to possess a CDL license depending on local, state, and site requirements

- Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner
- Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties
- Communication/ Expression — The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Information Ordering — The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $20.40 - $24.00
