Honest Water Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Water Treatment Sales Specialist with a Class 3 Water Treatment Specialist License to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and/or commercial customers to evaluate their water treatment needs
- Perform water testing and clearly explain results to customers
- Recommend appropriate water treatment systems based on water conditions and customer needs
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and equipment recommendations
- Follow up with leads, estimates, and prospective customers
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Educate customers on equipment benefits, operation, and maintenance
- Coordinate sold projects with installation and service teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, customer communication, and completed sales
- Meet established sales goals and performance expectations
- Represent Honest Water Company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Current Class 3 Water Treatment Specialist License required
- Water treatment sales experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration equipment, and related water treatment products
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical water treatment information in a clear and understandable manner
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable, organized, and results-oriented
